Sud de France, FranceThis looks to be the first vintage of Cahors for Gerard Bertrand, which follows his acquisition of Domaine de Cause in 2022. It pours a deep inky purple, offering a combination of sweet blackberry, cassis, and boysenberry alongside anise, dried lavender, and gravel.
