Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainThis is a pleasant little bubble on the edge of sweetness, but well-managed and with just enough acidity to please all. The blend combines chardonnay, macabeo, parellada and pinot noir. The style is elegant, the bubbles refined, and the palate alive with honeyed notes of lees, ripe red apple and pear, mixed with honey and light tropical notes.
