Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Naramata's Hardman Vineyard, facing southwest toward the lake, this was destemmed and cold soaked for 6 days before a 9-day fermentation. It was then pressed into older barrels where it aged 8 months. Juicy blackberry, cherry, cracked pepper is cut with a slice of VA on the palate, tightening and shortening the palate to a puckering finish.
