D'Angelo Montepulciano Merlot 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLook for a medium dark purple-red colour. It has fresh red fruit aromas mixing savoury dried herb notes. The palate is similar in style with very fresh mid-palate acidity cran-cherry flavours and light sticky tannins and with more acidity poking through the back end. This wine will keep in the bottle for some time, which will no doubt tone down the acidity, but it is a relatively simple style red wine.
