Ciù Ciù Oris 2022Ascoli Piceno, Marche, ItalyOris is an organic blend of Trebbiano, Pecorino, and Passerina, grown in the towns of Offida and Acquaviva Picena, in Marche's Ascoli Piceno province at 300m. This was native fermented in stainless, and left to settle on lees for 4 months. Peach blossoms, ripe pear flood a juicy palate, with a slight phenolic apricot skin grip, and crunchy Asian pear acidity. The stony base lingers on the snappy almond-kissed finish.
