Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis new sparkler is made from all of Poplar Grove’s Naramata vineyards. The mix is 78/22 chardonnay and viognier. The bunches are handpicked and kept separate before being blended into a single base wine fermented at 12º C, and re-fermented in a pressurized tank for six weeks before bottling and release. Look for enticing red apple with citrus and apple pie pastry. Ready to drink and fun to drink.
