It is what I like to call the new classic American sauvignon, slightly fruity but much more in tune with the times, showing less oak and less overt sugar. It is a juicy mix of ready to drink exotic tropical fruits that finish dry. It’s not Sancerre or New Zealand, but it will do at the table.
