Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis viognier was sourced from the Osoyoos East Bench and Osoyoos West Bench, with some partial skin contact and the rest whole cluster pressed directly to tank. 25% underwent barrel fermentation, while the rest remained in stainless. Ample fragrant apricot, tangerine, sherbet rule the short and compact palate, trailing off with bitter citrus and ginger spicing.
