Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe mix is 65% sauvignon blanc, 35% sémillon. All the fruit was whole cluster pressed and racked to second, third, and fourth-year French oak barrels and puncheons for fermentation and aging on lees for six months before a two-month stint in stainless steel to tighten the tension. The attack is fresh, the fruit lemony and clean, pitching green apples, herbaceous boxwood, and desert scrub.
