Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's riesling sources from 35 year old estate vines plus growers, all fermented in stainless where it remained aging for 6 months. There's a smoked stone / campfire note threaded throughout this wine, tramping down Asian pear, candied lime, and green apple, and lingering on the zesty finish.
