Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Gew is a mix of estate fruit and grower fruit, with a later harvest picking adding extra intensity. Each lot was fermented separately before being aged 5 months and blended. Ripe and lush with perfumed white peach, fragrant melon, heady gingersnap, anise, and honeysuckle riding a juicy, off-dry swell through the spiced sage finish.
