Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHerrera Vineyard, Keremeos, in the Similkameen Valley, is home to this fruit. After a 24 hour cold settle, the juice is racked into a concrete tank (63%), neutral French oak barrels, and stainless steel barrels for fermentation and ageing. There was regular bâtonnage until blending when all the parts were combined. Look for creamy textures with tropical lemon and lime, orchard fruit, and a welcomed vibrancy. This wine has more electricity this year and is better for it.
