Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis subdued Golden Mile Bench rosé shows a combination of pear and green apple, accented by subtle red berries. It's quite lean, bone dry in style with crunchy acidity, and certainly meant for the dinner table. I can see this pairing nicely with seared spring salmon.
