These dry-farmed vines are hand harvested from volcanic / clay soils at 200m. It was fermented and aged in stainless over 6 months, keeping it fresh. Plush dark plum, tayberry, and tobacco intertwine on the sticky, downy palate, finishing snappy and lightly spiced.
