Their wines are to merge the sunny spirit of La Provence with the luminous heights of the Andes Mountains. From alluvial vineyards in Alto Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, this organic chardonnay was cool fermented over 2 weeks in concrete eggs. Ripe lemon, tangerine, yellow pear rides over a lees-decked creamy base, lit with altitude acidity, and finely textured by concrete.
