Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom the newly minted East Kelowna Slopes, this riesling speaks both to place and vintage, with a combination of bright lime and green apple that's heightened by delicate white florals. Linear and precise, it shows excellent concentration, with a chalky texture that carries through to the finish. Certainly, a more austere style that will pair well with pork belly and scallops, or another 3-4 years of bottle age. Well worth revisiting.
