Howling Bluff Pinot Noir Chronie Family Vineyard 2021
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is the best of the '21 pinots at Howling Bluff, and from from the Chronie Family Vineyard. I like the restrained, juicy black cherry, reminiscent of Sonoma, with some sweet cola. There is a touch of floral to steady the ship, but this is more of the hedonistic pinot that attracts a lot of folks to this grape. There is a bit of that desert savoury character and some smoke, but nothing serious.
