Chablis, Burgundy, FranceThe Domaine des Malandes is a family-run estate covering 29 hectares of vines in the Chablis region, with roots dating back to 1949. This 1er Cru Vau de Vey was planted in 1980 on a steep clay-limestone slope in front of the lake in Beines, on the Left Bank. This was partially fermented in barrel.
