Côtes de Nuits-Villages, Côtes de Nuits, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceFrom 50+ year old vines rooted in clay and chalky soils of the village of Corgoloin, in Côtes de Nuits, this Pinot Noir spent one year in wood prior to bottling. Dusky black cherry, black raspberry is scented with forest floor, and framed with firm, finely grippy, black tea tannins, guiding this to a lingering spiced finish.
