Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe wine opens with a juicy bright hit of smoky red fruit grown at MacMillan Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. Some might grouse about the smoke, but all in all, this is one you can enjoy, though it might be best to drink it before Christmas. Look for fresh cherries, a bit of tobacco and cola, and a smooth, sweet pinot baking spice finish. Ready to drink. Mushrooms are the ticket here: pasta, risotto, or pizza.
