Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is the first time Jay released a pét-nat of cabernet franc, sourced from Naramata's Mariani Vineyard, and only 30 cases were produced. Pouring white, this bone dry fizz is flooded with red fruit: wild strawberries, crunchy cranberry, along with Rainier cherry on a tart, snappy, buzzy palate.
