They seek out great vineyards and make small lots of Rosé, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and cider. This year's rosé comes from Vinemount Ridge's Vieni Vineyard. Pale peach in hue, this juicy, elegant rosé is flooded with tangerine, pink grapefruit, and wild strawberries on a sleek, streamlined palate, dusted with subtle spices on the finish.
