Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSourced from two vineyards, one on the Naramata Bench and one in Cawston in the Similkameen Valley, this was fermented slowly over 16 weeks at cool temperatures after being whole cluster pressed. It's a textured, racy style, with a real verve to it.
