Mayhem Pinot Gris 2022
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Oliver's Ryegrass vineyard, and vines planted in 2009, this year's Mayhem PG was whole bunch pressed in stainless, with 16% spending time in barriques. Post-ferment, this spent 5 months on lees prior to blending and bottling. Ripe pear, yellow apple, orchard blossom is shaped with a tangerine pith acidity, which lingers on an orange sherbet finish.
