Mayhem Anarchy Sauvignon Blanc 2022
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBright and fresh, Anarchy is a party of ripe limes, tropical fruits, and lemongrass that race around your palate and finish clean with more pink grapefruit and tangerine dusted in desert scrub. The winery suggests food pairings of fresh mussels in coconut lemongrass and white wine sauce, or grilled Halloumi cheese on a crunchy crostini topped with a dash of lemon juice. Where do we sign up? But there is a catch: it is a club member only product. Technically it is year two for this delicious single vineyard barrel fermented sauvignon blanc grown at Hillview Vineyard on the Naramata Bench, picked on October 9.
