Perhaps the experiment was making a fresher, brighter, tighter style of chardonnay. It gets an extra boost of freshness from a dollop of chenin blanc. Look for lime and pear throughout, and finely integrated oak to add complexity and a layer of creamy texture to entice. Solid and ready to serve all night to Next World chardonnay drinkers.
