Hillside Un-oaked Pinot Gris 2022
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRinse and repeat what might be the best rosé wine in BC, but it is better known as an unoaked pinot gris. Always fresh and mostly dry, the palate is alive with mostly crunchy orchard fruit, while the colour is nearly Provence thanks to some skin contact with the pinot gris skins that can impart a dash of colour to the wine. This dream luncheon wine or patio sipper is to be served with any of your favourite al fresco bites.
