Errazuriz Estate Reserva Chardonnay 2021
Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileFrom vineyards in the Casablanca Valley, this chardonnay was whole cluster pressed and fermented over 2 weeks, with 20% in older French barrels. MLF was stopped, and the wines were aged 6 months in French oak. There's a lovely balance between marine fresh and southern hemisphere fruit, with lush lemon, green apple, flake salts, with a gentle lees bed to support, and a lingering finish.
