Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis wine offers quite a broad spectrum of aromas and flavours, from subtle flinty reductive notes to green apple and lemon zest to white almond and baking spices. As opposed to the lean and slightly tart fruit profile, there’s a density of flavour on the palate structured by taut acidity and well-managed oak.
