Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Naramata Bench's Thomas Vineyard, this sém was whole cluster pressed and fermented cool over 1 month in stainless, where it remained on lees until bottling. Characteristic of young sémillon, this is brimming with lime and lemon and zippy white grapefruit at this stage, resing on a bed of grass, with a kiss of herbal Okanagan scrub in the background.
