Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Naramata Bench's Thomas Vineyard, this blend of 85% sauvignon blanc and 15% sémillon was cold fermented separately (sém whole cluster) and rested, most likely in stainless, and then blended. Zippy and zesty, this leads with grapefruit, passionfruit, tangerine, and gooseberry, which stretch across a lees-slicked palate, lined with RS and lees, and seasoned with buzzy stony spicing.
