Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Fleet Road Vineyard edition will appeal broadly to those who prefer bone dry riesling, and in this case, estate grown, and certified by Sustainable Wine Growing British Columbia. It is whole cluster pressed after 14 hours of skin contact. The wine was stainless steel fermented for 30 days with minimal intervention. Expect a dry, tight, nervy, grapefruit affair with a crisply clipped finish. This is not a style for everybody, but for those who love food and know the type, this is a winner.
