Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Naramata Bench estate Fleet Road Vineyard, this dry (unlike their 2021) riesling was whole cluster pressed with 14 hours skin contact, and fermented cold in stainless. Tight with lime pith and, tart green apple, this crispy white is on the severe end of the spectrum, ready for acid-freaks and sugar-adverse. There's a lactic / cheesy core, which offsets the plot a bit, finishing with a bitter lime leaf edge and white pepper.
