Côtes de Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceMiraval has a history that dates to 1252 and St. Thomas Aquinas, while Studio Miraval has hosted Sting, Sade, the Cranberries, and Pink Floyd, not to mention the current owners Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, now divorced but still partners in the rosé project. The Perrin family of Chateau Beaucastel make their wine, and in 2022, the 30/30/30/10 mix of cinsault, grenache, syrah, and rolle (vermentino) sings loud and Provençal. Pretty in pink with citrus, red fruits, and floral with a touch of iodine, it is hard to miss this rosé no matter your plans. Sleek, slippery, and gulpable, you can serve this mineral stony pink all afternoon and night.
