Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLaStellina is a delicious rosato following the winery’s Italian theme. It is made by pressing some grapes and bleeding tanks with others. The combination of the press and the bleeding method has been successful. The mix of cabernet franc brings the spice and herbal notes, the sangiovese red fruit, Bing cherry, while the merlot adds a touch of darker fruit and texture. One of the best of the year that is for sure. How versatile is it?
