Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom 2 neighbouring vineyards, Stones Throw and Pandher Farms, white viognier was whole cluster and whole berry pressed, with a month long cool fermentation in stainless followed by 4 months on lees. Cool and sleek, with apricot, white peach, cold cream softened with a bump of RS. There's a lime sherbet announcement that reins in the finish, leaving it snappy and bright.
