Burgundy, FranceThe Vignerons de Bel Air Co.Op was founded in 1929 in Beaujolais' Saint-Jean d'Ardières. Over the years they merged with other similarly-minded Co.Ops in BoJo, and in 2017 the three groups came together. This Crémant de Bourgogne blends chardonnay and gamay into a creamy mousse with baked red apple, pear skin, pastry dough woven with oxidative notes and dusted with baking spices and made friendly with a solid dosage.
