Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2022 Rosé comes off the regeneratively and organically farmed Coyote Block Vineyard, cofermenting merlot, cabernet franc, and cabernet sauvignon, which spends four months on its lees post ferment. The colour is peachy orange after a few hours of skin contact, and the style is richer than most, reflecting its grape makeup. Cherries, apples and jammy raspberry is streaked with baking spices. Old-school, but it will be fine when served with grilled chicken, pork ribs, and richer summer plates.
