Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaArnaud Thierry is working hard on the sandy loams of the Black Sage Bench, releasing an attractive enticing black fruit cabernet sauvignon that is perfectly ripe. Blackcurrants and olive tapenade spill out of the glass, inviting you to drink this wine now. The attack is similar, adding blackberries with youthful tannins, as you might expect at this point. Best now with grilled ribs and a sweet sauce but will be much better next spring as all the parts come together.
