Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe C&S chardonnay comes off the home estate Coyote Bowl Vineyard on Black Sage Road in the southern Okanagan. The style is round and soft, with baked apple and honey leading the way, and vanilla notes throughout the finish. More California than BC, but it will have fans who prefer the riper, rounder style of this versatile grape. It spends eight months in French oak barrels and is fully ready to drink.Tasted: 17 April 2023Tasted by: Prices:

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThough this wine has dropped the CBS name on the label, it is still sourced from their estate Coyote Bowl vineyard in the southern Okanagan. This rested for eight months in French barrels. Quite ripe and flabby, with custard, baked pear, and vanilla on a shorter, softer palate. Old-school Cali is unnecessary from here.Tasted: 18 May 2023Tasted by: Prices:
