Willamette Valley, Oregon, United StatesFive years on, this is nearing the finish line. It shows a combination of ripe lemon, pear, and pineapple rind that's now fading on the palate, leading to a dried-out, bitter finish. It shows the signs of a well made wine, with additional complexity coming from lees.
