A perfect sipping wine for late day or early evening gatherings. Like most Prosecco, it is best served with small bites. Canevel sparkling wines have bubbles that are as subtle and elegant as silk (Setàge). According to the winery, the slow sparkling wine process is carried out at low controlled temperatures (12° – 14° C) using selected yeasts.
