Sourced from Cerqueira Vineyard on the Black Sage Gravelbar, it shows pure lemon lifted by lime blossom and honeysuckle, with an accent of lees. Precise and textured, there's a beautiful balance of richly concentrated fruit and crisp acidity that will yield further dividends with careful cellaring over the next 4-5 years. Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Cerqueira Vineyard on the Black Sage Terrace, this sém was whole cluster pressed in stainless, where it remained for 4 months on lees, prior to bottling. Lemon verbena, lime leaf is met with an alluring savoury herbal scrubby note, which stretches along the lees lined palate. The finish lingers with fine white pepper.
