Penticton Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA new addition to the Bartier pink lineup is the Pinot Noir Rosé. In 2022 the all pinot pink offers a drier, more sophisticated style you can serve with food. Post ferment, it spends four months on its lees that help to build a silky mid-palate. Look for a freshly picked strawberry nose with a thread of spice and tangerine running through the entire wine. Stylish and ready to drink.Tasted: 31 May 2023Tasted by: Prices:

Penticton Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Pinot Noir Rosé is new to the BB lineup, and the 2nd rosé offering from 2022. This fruit comes from Penticton's sandy silt soils, and it was whole cluster pressed and fermented over 1 month in stainless, where it remained for 4 months on lees prior to bottling. Compared to their classic Rosé blend, this is a much drier, more serious offering, with wild strawberry, tangerine, and subtle stony spice, with a lactic slick on the core, through the snappy finish. Quite smart, and a nice addition to the lineup.Tasted: 21 May 2023Tasted by: Prices:
