Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Bartier Pinot Noir is sourced from the Naramata Bench. Total skin time was 18 days in stainless steel, aged for 17 months in 225L neutral French barrels and a neutral oak tank. The style is soft and juicy, pitching red plums and fresh raspberries dusted with baking spices, reminiscent of some Sonoma labels. The finish is smooth and silky with a dash of spice. Grilled salmon or duck pizza would be exciting matches.Tasted: 12 June 2023Tasted by: Prices:

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Pinot Noir is new to the BB portfolio, with grapes sourced from Naramata Terrace's silty soils. Utilizing 15% whole clusters, this macerated over 18 days in stainless, and rested 17 months in 225L neutral French barrels and a neutral oak tank. Soft and sapid, with plump plum, downy raspberry, seasoned with brown spices and hugged with silky cedar-scented tannins. The finishes puffs with light smoked stones. This is tasting a bit tired at present, and would benefit from a slight chill and cracking into now, ideally with smoked salmon or roasted beet salads.Tasted: 21 May 2023Tasted by: Prices:
