Adega Mãe Lisboa Valley Selection Red 2020
PortugalFrom Lisboa's Adega Mãe, and winemakers Anselmo Mendes and Diogo Lopes, this year's Tinto blends touriga nacional, syrah, pinot noir, and aragonez from Ventosa, in Torres Verdas. Approximately 1/3 of this wine was raised in used French oak, with the remainder in stainless. Soft raspberry, cherry is touched with wet wood, dulling a bit of fruit, yet the bright acidity still shines on the silken palate, taking this to a briefer end.
