The Loire clone fruit is all estate grown at Blue Terrace Vineyard in north Oliver. Stony soils reflect heat up into the vineyard through the cool fall evenings, allowing the fruit to ripen fully. You hardly notice that it is entirely barrel fermented and aged for seven months, 15% new and 85% neutral French.
