Moraine Pinot Gris Anastasia Estate Vineyard 2022

Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAnastasia is a super ripe pinot gris. The sweetness may bother some. The wine is well made, and the mature orchard fruits with a dusting of citrus are attractive. It all depends on your tolerance for sweetness in your wine. You can serve this well chilled on a warm patio and it will be a big hit. It would be equally accepted alongside some spicy Asian fare to temper the sweet notes. A solid effort, but I’m sure it could be even better with a drier finish.Tasted: 21 April 2023Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
