This pink opens with a mix of orchard fruits that float along a creamy texture with a green guava ending. Ready to drink and food friendly with a lick of acid in the finish. An early harvest, triggered by the smoke from regional wildfires, ensured the fruit picked was high quality. What was picked left a fresh, dry, pinot noir rosé with limited skin contact that sports a pale pink colour.
