Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2022 Sauv Sém is off the estate Coyote Block, high atop McIntyre Bluff at 420m. This year the blend is 69% Sauvignon Blanc, 23% Sémillon, and 8% Viognier, all fermented and rested in stainless. Lemon verbena, lime, gooseberry is livened with pink grapefruit and bedded with a well-placed cushion of lees and river stones.
